I am a doctoral student in health psychology at Karaj University. I wrote my dissertation on the effects of childhood traumas on self-integration and their role in the development of cardiovascular diseases in adulthood at Rajaie Cardiovascular Hospital in Tehran.
I began my training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy in 2015 at Tehran Psychoanalytic Institute. Since then, I have been attending my therapy sessions while continuing training alongside supervision and consultation. Since the beginning of my psychoanalytic training, I have attended various short-term training courses at Roozbeh Psychiatry Hospital and Shahid Beheshti University. Later, I joined Tehran Center for Psychoanalytic Studies (TCPS) where I have continued my continuous training. In late 2022, I also started a long-term course on Freud's fundamental concepts at Siavoushan Psychology Center with Dr. Hossein Mojahedi.
In 2020, I participated in a two-year training program in group analytic psychotherapy at Stockholm Group Analytic Institute (GIA) in Sweden. During this program, I received supervision and also participated in group therapy as a patient. After completing the course, I was invited to work as a group therapy instructor at the Swedish Institute and collaborated with them for one year.
It has always been one of my interests to be involved in education and research in my field. In this context, I have been teaching psychology courses at the university since 2014, as well as leading special workshops and courses for various psychological and psychoanalytic centers. Professionally, I have planned and conducted various research projects, published and presented articles at various congresses, and translated books.
