“Beyond the Pleasure Principle” Symposium


The "Beyond the Pleasure Principle" symposium, organized by the Tehran Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in collaboration with the Siavoushan Psychology Center, was held on the 13rd and 14th of may 2021 in a virtual format. The motivation for holding this symposium was the centenary of the publication of Sigmund Freud's text “Beyond the Pleasure Principle.” In this symposium, prominent Iranian and non-Iranian figures presented their ideas and articles.
